The fuel "broker" industry is unique in that unlike the securities or the real estate industries, this industry is unregulated. As a result, a number of uneducated, unprofessional and unsupervised individuals, blinded by the promise of huge commissions, have fradulently misrepresented themselves and others causing serious problems for both buyers and sellers.

It must be understood that the buying and selling of petro fuels and any other commodity involves very confidential corporate and financial information. Buyers and sellers negotiate deals directly. Information is not passed through  individuals that are not direct employees of the companies or true mandates verified by paperwork.

We at Harvester Energy are open to working with brokers/agents who present themselves in a professional manner and represent the procedures handed down by us and our clients. These procedures will not be open to discussion and are to be followed absolutely.

Individuals that are involved in the introduction of prospective buyers or sellers that consumate into a closing transaction will be included in the financial compensation payout.
